Program Overview
Frontline’s Youth Martial Arts program is designed to build character while teaching safe, effective martial skills. Classes combine striking, grappling basics, situational awareness and non-violent conflict resolution. We use structured curricula and a belt/progression system so kids set goals and celebrate achievements.
What to Expect in Your First Class
Warm-up games and movement drills
Core technique teaching (stances, footwork, basic strikes, breakfalls)
Partner drills with focus on control and safety
Character lesson (respect, focus, responsibility)
To finish up we thank our teammates and acknowledge anyone receiving a promotion
Class Types & Progressions
Tots (Ages 3–5): Play-based introduction to balance, coordination and following coach cues.
Kids Class (Ages 6–11): Fundamental technique, safe sparring principles, and goal-oriented belt progressions.
Teens Class (Ages 12–17): More technical training, fitness, and leadership opportunities.
Self‑Defence Workshops: Practical, scenario-based training for real-world safety.
Competition & Performance: Optional training for kids interested in sport competition (sparring rules and safety-focused coaching).
