Who It’s For
Our program is designed for kids and teens ages 3 to 17 who want to gain confidence, develop emotional control, improve focus, build fitness, and learn self-defence. Coaches adapt each class to different ages and learning styles, ensuring training is safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for every stage.
Benefits of Youth Martial Arts
Improved confidence, discipline and self-control
Better coordination, balance and physical literacy
Practical self-defence skills and situational awareness
Respect, teamwork and goal-setting through belt progression
Positive social environment and mentorship from coaches
Our classes are led by experienced coaches who have coached or competed at the highest levels. They bring a strong skill set and, more importantly, a contagious work ethic. Their leadership inspires students to push themselves and grow. While we never pressure students to compete, the mindset they develop here supports their confidence and success in whichever path they choose as they grow into adulthood.
All youth instructors are certified in child safeguarding, CPR/first aid, and trained in age-appropriate teaching methods. We maintain a tap-early culture, controlled contact, and clear safety protocols.
We offer drop-ins, class plans, monthly unlimited memberships, and private lesson packages with discounts available for families, students, first responders, and military personnel. Belt tests and workshops are available as add-ons.
