HYROX

What is HYROX?

The Ultimate Hybrid of Endurance and Functional Strength
HYROX is a standardized fitness race alternating between running and functional strength stations like sled pushes/pulls, burpees, lunges, farmer carries and wall balls. Our HYROX program trains the specific demands of the race whilst building strength and endurance capacity, including technique at fatigue, and pacing strategies.

What to Expect in Your First HYROX Session

  • Interval and strength work to build race-specific capacity

  • Technique coaching for HYROX stations (sled, ski erg, wall ball, rowing, etc.)

Integrating HYROX into your training involves a balanced blend of cardio and functional movements designed to build total-body strength and boost cardiovascular endurance. By emphasizing diverse workouts, measurable progress, and a supportive community environment, HYROX offers a well-rounded approach to fitness that challenges individuals and enhances overall athletic performance.
