Program Overview

Our teen weightlifting program focuses on improving performance in recreational and/or competitive sports, helping prevent injuries in physical activities, and enhancing self-confidence, self-esteem, and body awareness. But even more importantly, it fosters a fitness habit that can benefit your child throughout their life. Our focus for weightlifting begins with establishing proper technique under expert supervision, ensuring safety and efficacy. Progressive loading over time is essential for any novice athlete.

Programs & Class Types

  • Performance Teens (Ages 12–17): Sport-specific speed, power and resilience training.

  • Sport-Specific Add‑Ons: Position or sport-focused sessions (soccer, lacrosse, baseball, etc.).

  • Private Coaching & Testing: One-on-one sessions and periodic performance testing for measurable progress.

Who It’s For

Designed for teens who want to improve in all-around strength and fitness, to improve in sports, prevent injuries, and build confidence. No prior experience required; coaches adapt activities to each child’s developmental stage.

All youth coaches are certified in youth coaching principles, CPR/first aid, and child safeguarding. Sessions prioritize safe progressions, proper technique, and positive reinforcement.
