Youth Functional Training

Develop athleticism, movement skills, and confidence in a fun, safe environment. Our youth program teaches kids and teens how to move well so they excel in sport and life.

Program Overview

Our Youth Functional Training focuses on movement literacy — the foundational skills every young athlete needs: running mechanics, jumping and landing, balance, coordination, core stability, and age‑appropriate strength work. Sessions are coach-led, progress-tracked, and designed to keep kids engaged while building durable athleticism.

What to Expect in the First Session

  • Warm-up and game-based movement drills

  • Movement screen to assess fundamental patterns

  • Skill stations: jumping, throwing, agility, bodyweight strength

  • Fun finisher and cool-down, plus parent update on progress goals
